Meanwhile, I did some online study - I have enrolled for a refresher course in (ahem) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. You will be pleased to hear I passed module 1 with a score of 100%.
So, a reward was in order for the afternoon, and we decided to do the "Black Head Rainforest Reserve and Pebbly Beach Walk" which is only a five minute's drive away, just near our local beach.
