We both agree that David has a better camera. We disagree about who has a better eye for composition. His skills are more technical, mine are more in design. So it is a bit of a competition about which pictures make the cut. This is one of mine, it is Tidal River on Wilson's Promontory, with Mt Bishop and Mt Latrobe in the background.

Epacris in flower, there were also delicate pink and white correa, lacy white hakea sericea and lots of interesting funghi
But what is this? Never seen anything like it! It looks like an insectivorous climber - any ideas?

At dusk we went to Whisky Bay, where you are supposed to be able to see the sun set into the sea.
This composition is all about the sun shining out of David's head. Check out the perched rock to the right, like a wombat, we thought.

The sun didn't go into the sea, it went into a cloudbank, but it was pretty speccy all the same.
So that was our Day at the Prom. Then we went home, and it does feel like home, our little house on wheels. Tomorrow we drive. Time to point Rover and Clover northward.
